Nice, spacious ,clean rooms and the included "Hot" breakfast that was on site! Easy parking and street acess was great. I think the room was a great value and I will stay again at this location.
I can,t think of anything to say I didn,t like.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean although could use an update. Clean nice sheets. Lots of pillows which we really like.
The breakfast was terrible. We opted not to have free breakfast our second day. Went and bought our own blanket because the one in our room was scratchy and really old. Needed nicer towels. They were not soft.

It was very convenient and easy to get to where I needed to go
Was not so impressed with the free breakfast offered with our stay. Only ate there once and will not do that again.

Good location and very friendly staff.
Water problems, running water in toilet tank and problems flushing. Lack of cart for luggage. Too many dogs. Free breakfast? First there has to be food. Come on!!! Even a bowl of cereal would be appreciated, but there weren't any bowls. Very dirty carpet in the rooms.

The convenient location, esp. since we attended the Dixie Stampede and the Dick Clark Theatre. Also a good proximity to restaurants (Fuddruckers) since we could walk there. Also the actual lodge-looking check-in building is very attractive as well as the surrounding grounds. We were able to book a smoking room.
We always bring our own deodorizers for smoking rooms. It seems like there should be a way for the hotels to address that also.

Location to shows excellent. Room comfortable, clean and everything we needed for small time spent in room. floor room. climbing three
Next time will request a room on ground level. Didn't like climbing three flights of steps.

It was a nice rooms overall for the money.
The hotel does need to be updated - the rooms need to be painted, pictures put back on the wall (our room they had taken down the pictures on the walls and not put anything back up) and the chair needed cleaned. Just overall updating.

It was real convenient for us for what we had planned. It was economical comparing to other places we looked into. They had a good breakfast setup even though we didn't use it every day. The room was clean and room
Because of our age we didn't like the steps and we are not too crazy about rooms that open to the outside. If we stayed again we would want a room on first level. They didn't take real good care of bathroom things like hand and bath soap. We had one day where they didn't get bed made up.

Not much....I Will not be staying there again.
Televisions very poor conditions, blurry. Free breakfast was not within walking distance, had to drive as we were put in the fartherest building even though I had requested easy access due to my husband being on oxegen. Website stated rooms had refrigerators, ours did not not and I had brought food which spoiled and had to be thrown away. Room service not good. Beds were not made any of the 3 days we were there and I had to get clean towels from the maid when I seen them.

Very Budget-Friendly.
The painting and some of the fixtures could use a touch up. The couch in the room needed to be cleaned in the very worst way. It could even possibly be removed of any future use.

We normally stayed at a place similar when visiting Branson but they were booked up. Ramada Resort was comparable except the curtains & bed skirt was torn & tattered and needed replaced. The chair in the room was very stained and there were some peanuts on the floor next to the loveseat when we arrived. Other than that the room was comfy, it was quiet, the breakfast each day was nice and we enjoyed the pool.
